CrossFit Whittier provides a service beyond a training facility. Our staff is hand picked not only for their abilities’ as coaches but their ability to work and relate with people. We are here to support you any way we can and do our best to understand the individual not just the group.
Our website is loaded with taste tested recipes and information on health. As a member you will have access to this important information. We spend a lot of time educating on the importance of diet along with ideas and tips on how to improve your health.
We program for ourselves! The great thing about CrossFit is it allows each facility to be operated individually. We write our own programs! We ensure you the most effective and safest way to train by putting thought into our daily workouts. This allows for a new experience every time you walk through the door.
Most importantly to us is the community. We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating at first glance. The foundation of CrossFit Whittier is a team concept. We warm up, stretch, train, and suffer together. The team we have here encourages and inspires one another to do and be a part of great things.

CrossFit Whittier Skills Course
The CrossFit Whittier Fundamentals course is the foundation for success. Take that first step! Come try a Saturday class for FREE . Starting something new can be a nerve racking experience, but remember all we are doing is working out. At CrossFit Whittier we put together a course that will take you through our coaching cues, terminology, lifts, workouts, nutrition and recovery techniques. This five day course allows you to learn proper technique in a patient and welcoming environment.
These classes start every Saturday at 9:00 AM. and continue on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (held at our Brea location), and Thursday at 6:30 PM. It is very important to attend all of them in order. If your schedule does not permit you to attend at these times please notify us. Your first Saturday class is free. It is important for you to train with people and personalities you like and we want to make sure we are the right fit for you.
